JOB SUMMARY
The Contracts and Accounts Receivable Administrator plays a vital role in our finance team by managing funding contracts and accounts receivable processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and adapting to the dynamic needs of the team. The ideal candidate will have the personality and temperament necessary to support a diverse administrative team and interact effectively with staff at all levels. This is an in office position.
REPORTS TO: Manager Compliance & Contracts
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to):
- Maintain accounts receivable ledger by verifying and posting funding contracts and customer billings.
- Keep accurate contract and accounts receivable files and records.
