Qualifications

- Draft, amend, and terminate Consulting Agreements
- Review amendments and tasks related to existing contracts to extract information required for Consulting Agreements
- Maintain and manage a register of Consultants, including tracking contract renewals
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of Consultants
- Create, maintain, and update contract records in Salesforce
- Process contract amendments in a timely and accurate manner
- Draft NDAs and Teaming Agreements on existing template
- Provide general support to other members of the Commercial Team, as required
- Perform contract administration tasks not covered by other administrative functions
Qualifications
- Non-professional law degree, a degree in criminology, political science, or a related field; or a Paralegal or Law Clerk diploma
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience in contracts
