  • Draft, amend, and terminate Consulting Agreements
  • Review amendments and tasks related to existing contracts to extract information required for Consulting Agreements
  • Maintain and manage a register of Consultants, including tracking contract renewals
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of Consultants
  • Create, maintain, and update contract records in Salesforce
  • Process contract amendments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Draft NDAs and Teaming Agreements on existing template
  • Provide general support to other members of the Commercial Team, as required
  • Perform contract administration tasks not covered by other administrative functions

Qualifications

  • Non-professional law degree, a degree in criminology, political science, or a related field; or a Paralegal or Law Clerk diploma
  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience in contracts
