Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate development agreements, consultancy agreements, construction contracts, subcontracts, and vendor/service agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with corporate policies, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Manage pre-contract activities, including preparation of tender documentation, RFPs, contract conditions, clarifications, and bid evaluations.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual terms, obligations, timelines, and milestones by all parties.
  • Prepare tender and contract documents for construction works in accordance with project requirements.
  • Liaise with legal, procurement/commercial, and project teams to ensure alignment of contract terms with project objectives.
  • Safeguard the developer’s contractual rights and entitlements under FIDIC forms of contract and applicable local laws.
