Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in contract administration, documentation, and compliance matters.
  • Support preparation and evaluation of progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
  • Coordinate with project, site, and consultant teams on contractual matters.
  • Assist in cost monitoring, reporting, and record keeping.
  • Handle correspondence and contractual documentation efficiently.
  • Perform other contract-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering , or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply ; relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of construction contracts and project workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
