Salary: £60k to £70k + £6k Car Allowance + Package
Location: Bathgate, West Lothian(Hybrid)

As the Contracts Manager, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager in delivering fitout and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors within Scotland.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
For this role you must possess the following;
Experience working as a Contracts Manager on Refurbishment & Fit Out Projects working with values ranging from £2m to £6m
Previous experience managing multiple fast paced projects
SVQ Construction Management or equivalent
Experience of writing construction programmes using MS ProjectsDuties...
