Contracts Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced contracts manager to join our team, overseeing and managing a range of construction projects across multiple locations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience with a strong background in construction and a broad understanding of various disciplines within the industry.

Requirements/ qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• SMSTS training (preferred)
• Experience in running multiple projects is essential
• Experience in running new build projects is essential
• Well organised and confident to be self sufficient in their day to day duties.
• Good at communicating with trades and clients, ensuring they always remain professional and represent the company in the correct way.
