An exciting new opportunity for a highly organised Contracts Manager to join a high-performing Buyers Agency. This position plays a key role in managing the end-to-end contract process, ensuring property transactions progress efficiently from offer acceptance through to settlement.

• Review and manage Contracts of Sale for residential and investment properties
• Track contract milestones including cooling-off periods, finance clauses, building & pest, and settlement dates
• Act as the primary liaison between buyers agents, clients, conveyancers, solicitors, brokers, and selling agents
