DSD Construction is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager who is based in Cumbria.
Job Role
A contracts manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects relating to construction projects and ensuring that any issues which arise are resolved as quickly and effectively as possible. Further responsibilities of the Contracts manager include the financial monitoring and control of the contracts, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance is maintained, and the Company’s procedures and objectives are achieved. - Plan projects & ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary to deliver the scheme without delays.
- Ensure procurement & reconciliation of materials to best value & to prevent delays.
