Organizes and oversees the gathering of products, checking of products, quality assurance and commitment to deadlines. This position must spend at least 50% of time performing supervisory work (not the work of subordinates).
*Assigns motor vehicles and drivers for conveyance of customer orders. *Prepares work schedules to ensure that sufficient shift personnel are available for workload demands. *Reviews dispatch operations to identify technical and operational training need. *Performs the work of subordinate dispatch personnel as needed.
