As Contract Specialist/ Contract Manager, this varied role entails:

  • Drafting, review, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address contractual matters and provide legal guidance - joining bid/ client pitch meetings, assisting with tenders, issuing contracts/ contract renewals, KYC and invoicing.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to contractual agreements.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely renewals or amendments of contracts.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for contract management.
  • Assist in training team members on contract compliance and best practices.
