CONTRACTS MANAGER - CENTRAL LONDON - REFURBISHMENT
A dyanmic and growing refurbishment contractor are seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team. The Contracts Manager will overseeing 3-5 refurbishment and fit out projects up to £1m reporting into the Construction Director. Genuine progression working for a great company really going places. Office/ site based with 1 day from home. Project Manager salary negotiable dependant on experience:
Responsibility and Accountability
• Write construction phase plan, RAMS, construction programmes, monitor progress, minute
meetings, variation control, deliver within programme, progress reports
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyor including procurement schedules, budgets, reporting
• Subcontractor management - assessment, onboarding, prestart, onsite, close out
• Delegate to and support Site Foreman, regular contact essential
• Ensure that an adequate workforce is available and utilised
