The Role

My client, a well-established contractor has been appointed to a new 8-year Framework with Thames Water and require a Contracts Manager to oversee these projects.

Here are some of the activities that you’ll get involved with

  • Formulate and embed operational processes and improvements
  • Promote best practice and a ‘right first time’ culture
  • Lead and inspire your team to continually drive compliance, improve performance, and maximise profitability
  • Ownership and management of local budgets to ensure delivery of business plan in-line with affordability
  • Highlight financial risks and variances, ensuring mitigation is in place where appropriate
  • Implement and maintain processes, resources, systems, and employees across the alliance, to achieve strategic objectives and priorities
  • Support your senior reports to maximise organisation, production, and management of CDM onsite
