Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in drilling operations to oversee and manage contractual obligations across a range of upstream projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of drilling contracts, rig operations, and vendor negotiations, and can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. This is an initial 3 month contract Inside IR35. This role is based in London.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts related to drilling services, equipment, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with drilling engineers, procurement teams, and legal advisors to align contract strategy with operational needs
  • Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out, including amendments and renewals
