We are inviting Expressions of Interest for a Contracts Manager for upcoming contracts across our Defence programs. Focusing on services, sustainment and acquisition, you'll be involved in contracts and programs that enhance CAE's part in delivering excellence to our Defence customers. Role is based in Sydney, NSW The role is responsible for the Contract Management, Governance and Control processes, including configuration management of the Contract and related Contract Data and Requirements List (CDRL) items, are complied with. The Contract Manager is a key person for the Customers contracts team and is the first to address and resolve contractual issues including disputes, interpretation, flow-down requirements to subcontractors, identifying and mitigating commercial risks, meeting contractual requirements and the management of formal correspondence.
