Job Description
An established piling company based in Omagh is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver piling projects across Northern Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing company with a strong reputation in the civil engineering and construction sector.
The Role
- Manage piling contracts from pre-start through to completion
- Liaise with clients, engineers, site managers, and subcontractors
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, and resources
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage commercial aspects including valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or QS role.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
