Responsibilities:

Support Procurement team’s objectives by negotiating, executing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts for the acquisition of technology- related products and services

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in the area of technology across different product categories. Experience with cloud services and artificial intelligence (AI) terms negotiations is a bonus

Lead negotiations on contract modifications with stakeholder input

Assist internal stakeholders with contractual matters, requirements, risk

management, and mitigation strategies
