Contracts Manager (Construction)

€125-130k + Transport + Package

Our client is a leading Irish main contractor with operations in Ireland, UK and overseas.

They are currently undertaking a number of large residential (apartment) projects across Dublin, circa €50m+

The Contract Manager will be diploma/degree qualified with a proven record in senior management roles.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • An Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management Degree
  • Minimum 10 years residential / commercial / mixed development construction experience
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project/Powerproject etc.
