Job Description

The Contracts Manager will oversee commercial and contractual management for large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects. This role requires strong consulting experience, the ability to manage multi-contract environments, and expertise in contract administration, risk mitigation, procurement support, claims, and negotiation.



**Contract Administration & Governance**



+ Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contract documents for consultants, contractors, and suppliers

+ Administer contract lifecycle: tender preparation, pre-award evaluation, post-award management, and contract close-out

+ Ensure compliance with contract terms, deliverables, schedule requirements, and applicable regulations

+ Maintain contract registers, correspondence, change orders, insurance, guarantees, and approvals
