Job Description
WSP is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team for the prestigious King Salman Park project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will manage all contractual and commercial aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with contract terms and minimizing risk exposure.
+ Oversee the contracts and commercial aspects of the construction project, ensuring all contracts are managed in accordance with terms and conditions.
+ Collaborate with the Commercial Director to certify invoices from contractors and subcontractors.
+ Develop strategic responses to contractor correspondence to minimize contractual exposure.
+ Respond to contractual letters, including notices, claims, and disputes, and coordinate with legal counsel as required.
+ Review claims and Extension of Time (EOT) requests; provide recommendations on validity and merit.
