Contracts Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Contracts Manager provides commercial and contractual leadership across complex, high‑risk, and high‑value construction projects. The role is responsible for developing and implementing contract and procurement strategies, managing the full contract lifecycle from pre‑award through close‑out, managing subcontracts, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring commercial, contractual, and financial objectives are achieved.
