Job Description
General Characteristics Manages and controls the contractual relationship with service providers.
Coordinates contract activities, including contract development, negotiation and transition.
Monitors vendor contracts to ensure terms and conditions are met.
Defines and manages vendor penalties and incentives, if performance does not meet or exceed established criteria.
Creates, negotiates and incorporates contract amendments, renegotiating the contract, if required, to accommodate scope changes or changes in organization requirements.
Reviews contract budget variances and takes corrective action as needed.
Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or other related field.
- Or equivalent work experience.
Experience :
- A minimum of 4 years of finance or contract management experience.
