Description
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or striving Project Manager to oversee multiple small turnkey construction projects across London and the South East. This hands‑on role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives on responsibility, variety, and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
You will take full ownership of projects from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring they run safely, smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from start to finish
- Interpret scopes of work, architectural drawings, and engineering details
- Lead, brief, and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
- Oversee daily site operations across multiple live sites
