Location: Essex (Office-based) Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + Company Vehicle Employment: Full-time | Permanent Hybrid/Remote: Full time office role, 830am to 530pm

I am working with a specialist contractor in the rail sector who deliver height-safety solutions across a variety of rail maintenance and infrastructure projects. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee site delivery, compliance, and operational performance across a growing project portfolio.

The company installs and maintains a wide range of height-safety systems on rail sites, including:

• Mansafe / fall-protection systems
• Cat ladders and fixed access solutions
• Eyebolts, anchors, and gantries
• Inspection, testing, and certification services
