Contracts Manager – Refurbishment Projects
Location: Yeadon, Leeds
Salary £45,000 - £50,000 DOE + excellent benefits
Our client specialises in high-quality refurbishment and fit out projects within the commercial and public sectors offering complete solutions from design through to installation.
This is a hands-on role, blending commercial leadership with practical QS duties. As Contracts Manager you will manage cost control, contracts, valuations, variations, and margin protection, while also providing early commercial input into tenders and bid submissions.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead the commercial contract management of refurbishment projects under JCT and company contracts
* Administer contracts to ensure compliance, entitlement protection, and proactive risk management
* Input into pre-construction, tenders, and bid submissions to ensure commercial viability
