About the Role
An experienced senior civil engineer with demonstrated expertise in Cost Management, Design, Drawings and real estate tender evaluation. Longer experience in residential real estate development is an added advantage. This person I expected to create , lead and finalize tender documentation and tender discussion. Handling RFQ, analyzing technical and commercial deviations is a key part of this role. This person should have directly handled project budgeting, contract evaluation and tender awards in mid to large real estate projects. In terms of current needs, expertise in SAP and Auto CAD and other tech enabled features is a must.
Responsibilities
- Have robust access to a wide range of vendors and consultants across main cities of Inida
- Advising the Project team on the contractual issues with respect to Contract Documents.
- Governing the contract by tracking the Bank guarantees, Insurance, Performance Guarantee, and professional Indemnity.
