Contracts Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to support the delivery of Sustaining Capital projects across construction, supply, and consultancy works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide commercial and procurement support for complex capital projects
• Lead sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract implementation
• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including compliance, claims, and dispute resolution
• Build strong relationships with project teams and suppliers
• Collaborate with the procurement team to drive value, efficiency, and process improvements

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in end-to-end procurement and contract management for capital projects
• Tertiary qualification in law, procurement, supply chain, business, or related field
• Strong skills in tendering, contract drafting, negotiation, and claims management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management with a focus on safety
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and team-focused mindset

Casual Loading
