Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist/Contracts Administrator to lead our procurement activities for public infrastructure projects in Alberta. This role will oversee end-to-end purchasing and contract management for large-scale public infrastructure projects ensuring compliance with government procurement regulations, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities / Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a procurement specialist or similar contracts specialist or category specialist role for both goods and services
- 2+ years of experience working with government or public infrastructure projects from full RFX Cycle. This must be from within Alberta Infrastructure.
- 2+ years end to end procurement experience (inclusive of bidding, contract negotiations, administration and vendor monitoring)
