Job Description

General DutiesManages contract maintenance requirements for the inventory of professional service agreements (PSAs), consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, subcontractor agreements, open records, etc.Tracks all active contracts and works with stakeholders to determine contract management implementation.Assists stakeholders with due diligence in mitigating risk in contract management & execution.Recommends contract modifications, converts agreements into contract form, and prepare agreements for final execution with minimal supervision.Maintains insurance certificates and resolve contractual insurance deficiencies.Manages all executed contracts in the Contract Management System and maintains accurate record of contract metadata.Ensures effective billing management in compliance with contractual requirements.Collaborate with internal clients and external parties to resolve issues arising from existing and potential commercial relationships.Participates in contractual reviews with stakeholders, to examine the performance of the contractual commitments and service level agreements for key measures (eg. deliverables, milestones, team performance, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction).Ensures the company meets eligibility requirements and ability to perform services in full compliance with client’s specifications as referenced in RFP and/or Contracts.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business or related field; or 5+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 2 years in similar role with heavy contracts experience and knowledge.Extensive Microsoft Office skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, high demand environment; prioritizing competing assignments with excellent time management and meeting all deadlinesDemonstrate decision making ability and good judgmentInterpret complex regulations and requirementsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to be an effective liaison with Company and External CustomersEffective negotiation skillsExhibit excellent customer service, presentation skills, verbal and written communication, and organizational skillsAdapt to changes regulations, requirements, policies, and procedures.Ability to work non-traditional hours, as neededEEO/M/F/D/V
