The successful candidates will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. As a Contracts Specialist, you will be instrumental in high-impact negotiations and the administration of contract documents.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Contract Development and Management:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with other PMCs and vendors.
• Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal standards and project requirements.
• Development and management of prequalification criteria, plan and evaluation of Modularization Contractors and EPC Contractors
