Role Description

Core Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to batch scheduling tools
• Handle and escalate highly impacting batch issues according to the escalation matrix
• Ensure all production batch problems are permanently resolved expeditiously
• Take ownership and work independently to resolve issues
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) activities related to batch processing

Technical Skills & Experience

Level 2.5 – Scheduling

• Creating, managing, and executing batch flows
• Installation and configuration of Scheduling Master and agents in complex IT environments
