The Control Room Manager – leads the supplier’s 24/7 Operations Control Centre, overseeing real-time monitoring, alarm handling, and maintenance coordination for the full fleet of deployed Battery Energy Storage Systems. This role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all systems under the company’s responsibility. The Manager is accountable for operational performance, control room procedures, quality of incident response, in‑depth fault analysis, and the accuracy and completeness of operational data used for internal and customer performance reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual), including Availability and CRTE.
