About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join our team across CBD locations.



This role is suited to professionals who thrive in a fast-paced control room environment and can confidently manage multiple systems and incidents.

Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control systems, and intercoms
  • Respond to alarms and incidents in line with established procedures
  • Dispatch security officers and liaise with emergency services when required
  • Maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and shift handover notes
  • Control site access, issue passes, and monitor entries/exits (where applicable)
  • Communicate professionally with staff, contractors, and visitors
  • Identify, escalate, and report risks or suspicious activity
