We have an exciting opportunity for a Control Systems Manager in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, where you’ll lead the entire automation strategy for a rapidly growing manufacturing operation. This company is expanding aggressively and the autonomy to truly own the controls and automation architecture—this is a technical authority role, not a support position.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Control Systems Manager position include:
  • 10+ years of control systems experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong Siemens PCS7 and TIA Portal expertise, including F-Systems (APACS/Quadlog a plus)
  • Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or chemical industry background required
  • Lead control system strategy, reliability, and long-term automation roadmap
  • Own system architecture, standardization, backups, and documentation
