Our client, a General Contractor / Construction company in the SW Chicago suburbs is seeking a Controller. This role is on-site daily, no hybrid or remote schedules.
Responsibilities:
Help set the financial policy and direction while also being an active participant in, and driver of, the organization's overall strategy, financial administration, business planning, and budgeting. Oversight of finance, accounting and reporting activities. Leads day-to-day finance operations and supervises functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing. Assures that the company has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and conduct flawless audits.
