This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a new residential construction company, RH Residential, at the ground floor. The successful candidate will be hands-on in managing every aspect of the accounting function — from job cost control and financial reporting to system setup and lender relations. As the business expands, this role will evolve to include building and leading an internal accounting team, shaping the department’s structure, processes, and culture.

OVERVIEW

A key partner to the President, the Controller will play a key leadership role in establishing and managing the financial operations of a newly formed residential home building company. This position will be responsible for building the company’s accounting framework from the ground up, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
