We are seeking a hands-on, analytical, and business-oriented Controller to partner closely with plant leadership and regional finance teams. This role will play a critical part in driving financial discipline, accurate standard costing, productivity improvements, and sound operational decision-making within a high-performance manufacturing environment. This position reports directly to the CFO / Regional Finance Leadership and serves as the senior finance leader at the plant. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline 
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Controller or Senior Finance Leader in a manufacturing environment 
• Proven manufacturing finance experience with strong exposure to plant operations
