Robert Half is looking for a REMOTE Controller who will serve as the primary accounting and finance resource for an organization’s grain operations. This role is fully hands-on and responsible for all grain accounting functions, financial reporting, inventory management, contract and settlement accuracy, and compliance with grain industry regulations. The ideal candidate has strong grain accounting expertise, understands grain contracts and hedging activity, and is comfortable working independently while partnering closely with merchandising and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Grain Accounting & Daily Operations
+ Perform all day-to-day grain accounting functions, including contracts, settlements, scale tickets, and grain bank activity.
+ Prepare daily/weekly grain position reports, including open positions, hedges, commitments, and risk exposure.
