Description

-Directs budgets and cost controls, financial analysis, accounting practices and reporting

-Collects, analyzes, and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve operations and financial performance

-Maintains the general ledgers for accuracy and reporting

-Oversee and supervise accounting staff

- Fund accounting, water accounting; scheduling, deliveries, balances, billing, receivables and collections

-Policy development and

-Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual reports, forecasts, budgets and strategic planning

-Participate in board meeting communicating and responding to fiscal landscape

-Audit preparation and participation

-Participate in development and maintenance of the technological infrastructure
