Job Description Job Description Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing organization seeking a Plant Controller to serve as the senior finance leader at the plant level with full P& L responsibility . This role is critical to ensuring accurate product costing, strong inventory controls, and complete financial ownership of plant performance. The Plant Controller will partner closely with plant leadership and corporate finance, acting as a true business partner to operations with end-to-end accountability for the plant’s financial results.
