Job Description
The Controller is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all accounting operations of the university. This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records, develops and implements financial policies and procedures, and provides insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The Controller will lead the accounting team and work closely with other departments and senior management.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA). A Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with significant experience in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
