Role: AssistantController

Reportingto: Director of Finance

The AssistantController is accountable for the company's accounting operations, includingoverseeing financial statements, balance sheets, bank statementreconciliations, and cash flow. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Assistant Controller will be a valuable management team member, driving keyaccounting improvements and engaging with business leaders throughout thecompany on day-to-day financial and operational initiatives.

Primary Job Duties:
Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

  • Planning,directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions.

  • Managingthe month-end close process for multiple units that roll into separate parentcompanies.
  • Performfinal review of P&Ls and balance sheets for accuracy. Ability to pinpoint and research variances.
