We are seeking an experienced Contract-to Hire Controller to support the launch and growth of a new manufacturing operation in the United States. The company is headquartered outside of the U.S. and is in the early stages of establishing its U.S. footprint. This role will play a critical part in building the financial infrastructure, establishing controls and policies, and supporting manufacturing operations from day one.
This is a highly hands-on role requiring deep manufacturing and cost accounting expertise, strong ERP experience (SAP), and the ability to work cross-functionally with both U.S.-based and international leadership. Fluency in Chinese is required to effectively partner with headquarters.
