Prepare and review monthly financial statements , balance sheets, and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP. Ensure accurate and timely manufacturer financial statement submissions . Manage floor plan financing , including reconciliations, interest, curtailments, and audits. Monitor expenses, margins, and profitability ; provide insights to improve performance. Supervise and mentor accounting staff. Coordinate and support external audits, lender reviews, and manufacturer audits. Oversee sales tax, payroll tax, and other statutory filings.
