Controller

We are seeking a strategic and high-performing Controller to join our management team. This is a 100% remote position for candidates based in Argentina, Belize, Colombia, Guatemala, or Honduras.

As a key member of our leadership, you will oversee all financial operations, from budgeting and forecasting to internal controls and reporting. You will be the strategic bridge between the data and our Partners, ensuring the firm’s financial health and compliance.

• Strategic Oversight: Develop internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for budget accounting, cash management, and financial planning.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present risk analysis and financial reports that help senior leadership and attorneys understand the firm’s fiscal health.
