Our client, a growing subcontractor in the construction industry, is seeking a Controller to oversee all aspects of accounting and financial management. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you’ll balance strategic insight with day-to-day accounting operations, while partnering with ownership and project managers to drive profitability and sound decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Oversee accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, job costing, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes; prepare timely and accurate financial statements
