Position Summary

:

Responsible for and manages all financial, accounting, processes and internal controls the accounting and financial activities in the business as well as being a trusted business partner that has an operational/business mindset who can deliver results that improve the business working with business leaders and auditors

Position Responsibilities:

  • Works effectively with a wide array of plant personnel ranging from hourly employees to senior management
  • Manages and develops a team focused on business partnering, advisory, continuous improvement efforts, and data driven analysis/decision making
  • Oversees preparation of financial statements and analysis, budgets and forecasts, and variance analysis of actual performance results.
