Responsibilities:
+ Direct daily accounting functions across general ledger activity, payables, receivables, payroll, and financial reporting.
+ Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial results.
+ Uphold strong internal controls and ensure all financial practices align with GAAP and regulatory standards.
+ Collaborate with management to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic initiatives.
+ Lead, develop, and support a small accounting team.
+ Manage audit processes and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
+ Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows and strengthen financial accuracy.
