Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Controller to lead financial operations for a growing organization in the Stockton area. This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and can partner closely with executive leadership to drive strong financial performance and operational discipline. This position will oversee an accounting and finance team and will play a critical role in strengthening processes, managing close cycles, and supporting multi-entity operations.
