**Main Objectives**
- Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ownership of the plant P&Ls including analysis and commentary of cost of materials variances to standard; SGA variance to budget and net working capital analysis.
- Prepare and analyze material usage; labor rates; labor and sales analysis
- Interpret operating and financial results; provide recommendations to improve plant and financial performance
- Balance Sheet analysis; review and approval of reconciliations
