Scope of Position

The Plant Controller reports to the Regional Controller and serves as the senior financial leader for the manufacturing facility. This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and cost discipline while ensuring strong financial controls and accurate reporting.

The Plant Controller is responsible for plant-level financial close, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, and plays a critical role in translating financial data into actionable operational insights.

This position is organized around three core focus areas: Insight, Control, and Planning & Reporting.
